Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms are an agreement between QueueD (“we” or “QueueD”) and the user of the service who is a shop owner or a person authorized by the shop owner (“you” or the “shop”). By creating an account or using QueueD, you are deemed to accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service.

If you sign up on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that legal entity.

2. The service

QueueD is subscription software for managing a shop’s queues, bookings, staff, services and customer data. We provide the service on an “as is” basis and may improve, add or discontinue features, giving reasonable advance notice of any significant change.

3. User accounts

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when you sign up.
• You must verify your email address before you can start accepting bookings.
• You are responsible for keeping secure the passwords of your account and of the staff you invite to use it. Any action taken through your account is your responsibility.
• A shop owner can give staff owner-level permissions, which include access to financial data and shop settings. Please use caution.

4. Trial and payment

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. When the trial ends, you must add a payment method to continue using the service.
• Fees are charged in advance for the billing cycle you choose (monthly or yearly) and renew every cycle until you cancel. If you have a card on file, the system charges it automatically. If you pay by PromptPay, you must make each cycle’s payment yourself. We will send you an email notice before the due date.
• If you cancel, you can keep using the service until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not refund cycles that have already been charged, unless the law provides otherwise.
• If a charge fails, the account becomes overdue and its access may be restricted. Your shop’s data will be kept for the period stated in the Privacy Policy.
• Payments are processed by Beam. We do not store your card number in our systems.
• We may change our prices, giving at least 30 days’ advance notice, and the change takes effect from the next billing cycle.

5. Your shop’s customer data

Customer data you record in QueueD remains yours. You are the controller of your shop’s customers’ personal data, and we are a processor acting on your behalf. You are responsible for informing customers and obtaining their consent as required by personal data protection law, and you must have a valid legal basis for collecting and using that data.

We will process that data only to provide the service under these Terms. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited use

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
• Attempting to access another shop’s data, breaking into the system, or testing its security without permission.
• Using automated means to call the service at a volume that affects other users.
• Reselling the service or providing it to third parties without written permission.

7. Suspension and termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if we find a breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or a prolonged overdue payment, and will notify you in advance where possible.

8. Intellectual property

QueueD’s software, name, logo and user interface are our property. These Terms do not transfer any rights to you other than the right to use the service as set out in them.

9. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the service stable but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in all cases will not exceed the fees you actually paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity.

This limitation does not exclude any rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the amended Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Thai law, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction.
