Everything works as normal until the end of your current billing cycle. After that the account is restricted, and your shop’s data is kept for another 90 days.
An upgrade takes effect immediately, and the new price is charged from your next billing cycle. A downgrade takes effect on your next billing date. Until then you keep everything in your current plan, and you can call off the downgrade any time before that date.
